SETUP MULTIPLE EMAIL ACCOUNTS IN OUTLOOK 2010:
1.) Hit on FILE option. Then head on to ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
2.) Again choose account settings.
3.) Now a window appears, under e-mail category press on new and choose email account out of 3 options.
4.) Press next button and choose the option saying manually configure server settings or additional server types and hit next.
5.) Now choose the Int. e-mail service out of all the 4 options and press next.
6.) Now fill out your name, e-mail id, type of account, incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, user id and password. These details are to be filled by your preference. Now you need to move to more settings.
7.) In the category of outgoing server tick the checkbox and press ok button.
8.) Now moving on to test account settings, you need to wait till the status changes from “in progress” to “completed”. Thereafter press close.
9.) As you press next button, one another window will appear, there also you have to wait for status to be changed from “in progress” to “completed”. Click on close and finish.
10.) You will find that additional email id will be shown beneath the existing id.
NOTE: It may take some time in loading because it needs to synchronize the mails from the email id you have added now. So it may take some minutes for loading, in future it won’t.
